Abstract

The objective of this study is to explore the factors that affect intention and behavior towards entrepreneurship of MBA students of Lahore Business School (LBS), The University of Lahore. Stratified Random sampling technique has been adopted and data has been collected through structured questionnaire from 265 final year students of three different competencies. Using Exploratory Factor Analysis three factors: Entrepreneurial attitude, Self- Ability and supportive environment has been identified. The level of these factors are then assessed across gender and specialization of students by using t-test and ANOVA. This study is concluded with suggestion and recommending future area of research.
